We have put a lot of love (and many weekends) into renovating the barn.
The barn has two bedrooms (sleeps four) and a large, vaulted open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. There is a generous sized garden and dedicated off-road parking for two cars.
Norfolk is wonderful county to visit at any time of year, and the barn is the ideal retreat for either a romantic getaway or a holiday with friends and family. Depending on the season, you can book between 2 - 14 nights at the barn.
Open-plan living area
The main room of the barn is a huge open-plan, vaulted living. kitchen and dining room, with Velux windows running the length of the roofline this is a light filled space - perfect for holiday relaxation and socialising.
The living area has a three-seater sofa and armchair, and features a huge wood burner. There is a smart television with access to Freesat and Netflix, as well as a Bluetooth soundbar/speaker for you to play music on. We also have a range of games and coffee table books for you to enjoy.
There is a large dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle; everything you should need to enjoy cooking at home when you aren't out and about testing the great eateries the county has to offer. We provide the basics - milk, tea, coffee, sugar, oil and seasonings. There is also a washer dryer.
Bedrooms
The barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4). Both bedrooms have king size beds, with 100% cotton Bedfolk bedlinen. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other on the first. Please note that the first floor bedroom has a staircase within the room, with the door to the room at the bottom of the staircase.
Bathroom
Located on the ground floor, there is a fully renovated bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and large walk-in shower. We provide you with a hand towel, bath sheets, bath mat, toiletries (hand wash, body wash and shampoo) and a few toilet rolls.
Garden
A generous, landscaped and private garden adjoins the barn. There is a charcoal bbq and a large dining table with seating. Please note that there is a step up to the main part of the garden.
